RiskNova Refund Policy

RiskNova credit packages are charged as one-time purchases according to the credit amount selected at checkout.

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been materially used and the request is not abusive or fraudulent.

Credit packages do not renew automatically. Users can purchase another package when additional credits are needed.

If a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction is confirmed, we will work with Shopier to correct the issue.

Refund decisions may depend on usage, credit package type, legal requirements, and Shopier payment rules. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Shopier.
